Custom Machined Thermal Products

Using our Multicam MG Series CNC Router, with its 5' x 10' bed, we machine both our zirconia and alumina fiber products as per customer drawings with tolerances as tight as +/- 0.005". Our quality control personnel then use a Mitutoyo Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) which is accurate to five (5) decimal places.

Please send us your drawing as a .dwf file and we will be happy to quote your parts in our ceramic fiber materials or with customer specified material.
